From the very beginning, the service was excellent. The team was extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. They were also very cordial and patient throughout the process, especially as we worked together to customise our furniture. I came up with the design and shared it with the team, and they worked with me patiently to bring the idea to life. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, and the furniture was delivered within the stipulated timeframe — with no delays, no complications and, most importantly, exactly as we had discussed. The delivery team was equally efficient, polite and professional, which made the final part of the experience just as pleasant. 5 stars from start to finish! A quick and thorough response from Ahmad through WhatsApp lead to us visiting the store and purchasing a bed frame and cabinet. After delivery we were so impressed with the packaging and how sturdy the furniture is. Ahmad labeled everything so it was incredibly easy to put together for us. The seller is responsive and reliable person. My late husband was interested in teak furniture, so been purchased few items of furniture from him. We’re really happy with this teakwood table and chairs. It took about 10 weeks to produce, but honestly, the quality and finish made it worth the wait. We were actually very cautious when looking for a teakwood supplier, especially knowing there are scammers online (we almost ended up dealing with one). That’s why we decided to visit Casateak’s showroom in Puchong. Seeing their products in person really gave us confidence — the quality was clear, and everything looked well-made. After that visit, we felt comfortable enough to place a down payment for our customized dining set right away. The owner was very responsive throughout, whenever we asked for updates, he replied quickly, which we really appreciated. We did notice a small issue with one of the chairs after hearing a crack sound (seems like the glue) but there’s also a screw holding it, so it’s not a big concern. The seller was also quick to respond and offered to come fix it if it loosens over time. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the purchase. The table is quite heavy (we chose a thick wood), but it feels solid, sturdy, and looks beautiful in our space. Thanks so much! Update: aftersales customer service was great, 2 of the chairs have developed cracks, as well as the dining table. The team have arranged to come and fix the issue and the owner assured that this is a part of the normal settling in of the furniture and repaired them.
